Job Description The Opportunity Boca Bella is transforming the
professional teeth whitening industry with our "Zero-Chair-Time"
revenue engine. We are looking for a Clinical Account Manager to
join our team in a hybrid capacity at our Boca Raton headquarters.
This is a unique role designed for a dental professional who has
successfully transitioned into the business side of dentistry. You
will be the clinical and operational expert who partners with our
Sales team to ensure every dental office we sign is trained,
successful, and seeing high-margin results. The Role You will serve
as the "Post-Sale" Lead for accounts across the country. Once our
Territory Managers open a new account, you take the lead to
facilitate onboarding, staff training, and long-term re-order
management. This role requires a "sales-minded" approach—your goal
is to ensure offices are not just buying, but successfully selling
to patients and re-ordering consistently. Key Responsibilities
Virtual & In-Office Training: Lead professional training sessions
(primarily via Google Meet) to ensure dental teams understand the
clinical benefits and seamless implementation of our "Dry-Peel"
U-Wra p system.Onboa rding & Success: Act as the primary business
partner for new dental practices, ensuring they have the proper
displays (Counter Displays or Floor Towers) and marketing tools to
maximize practice profit.Sales -Driven Account Management: Proa
ctively manage the re-order cycle; use your sales experience to
help offices navigate wholesale pricing tiers—Starter,
Professional, and Executive—to maximize their margins.Logis tics &
Fulfillment: Coor dinate shipping and delivery logistics for
professional-grade units nationwide, including managing bulk
shipping incentives.Clini cal Credibility: Use your RDH background
to address technical questions regarding 15% Hydrogen Peroxide
formulas and patient sensitivity. Qualifications Clinical
Background Required: You must be a Registered Dental Hygienist
(RDH) or an experienced Dental Assistant with 3 years of clinical
ex perience.Sales Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in
dental sales, account management, or "front-office" revenue
management. You must be comfortable "closing" a re-order and
driving account growth.Hybri d Availability: Abil ity to work from
our Boca Raton office as needed for team collaboration and
logistics coordination.Pract ice Workflow Knowledge: Deep
understanding of the daily challenges of a dental office and how to
