Provide Legendary Customer Service Support Customer Success: Work
directly w/clients, make recommendations, offer guidance & find the
right solution Process inbound online orders, answer chats, learn
logistics and how to calculate shipping and other variables Create
quotes and convert quotes to orders, suggestive selling Learn basic
artwork applications to assist in customization of the products we
sell Work with showroom clients Use CRM to engage with current and
future clients Become a product expert Have an opportunity to lead
meetings, contribute to ongoing training, cross train, BE AWESOME
