What are we looking for?We are looking for a motivated,
customer-centric technologist to join our Enablement Services team.
You will be working with our customers and partners to design,
build, and implement innovative Conversational AI solutions.As the
go-to person for deep technical questions about our solutions, you
will be involved with projects from start to finish, from
requirements gathering to actual development and deployment.About
You:
- 3+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect, or similar role
within the conversational AI or software delivery (SaaS) industries
within post-sales, consulting, or implementation.
- Strong development/programming skills in Python, JavaScript,
Node.js, APIs, and SDKs, as well as experience with web
services/cloud-based platforms, Cognigy, or any other CAI
platforms.
- Ability to find solutions to the most complex technical
requirements and enjoy implementing them.
- Possess amazing interpersonal and communication skills, and
delight in collaborating with customers, partners, and
cross-functional teams.
- Thrives in client-facing roles, adept at presenting solutions,
interacting seamlessly with clients daily, and effectively
communicating intricate details to high-level stakeholders.
- A general comprehension of Natural Language Understanding (NLU)
and experience with LLM prompt engineering.
- Customer-centric, solution-oriented, and prioritizes
value-driven tasks that add significantly to the business and
stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of structuring your work
to deliver on all project aspects within the designated
timeline.
- Enjoy staying up to date with the latest technology trends and
innovations within the conversational AI space and are continuously
learning and adapting to new technologies and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Post-sales consulting and implementation (from pilot/PoC to
implementation)
- Understand business requirements and translate them into
actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure customer solutions are scalable with an eye toward
future business growth and expansion.
- Focus on delivering high-quality service engagements tailored
to provide the best return on investment in terms of time and
value.
- Become a subject matter expert across multiple functional
channels involved in deployments; including voice, webchat, social
channels, and others.
- Assist customers to build a center of excellence by providing
technical consulting (design, code review), providing best
practices/art of the possible.
- Provide Technical documentation and Solutioning support.
- Develop and present use cases for product demonstrations. If
