Calling all dynamic professionals with a creative mind and a zest for marketing!

An established business consulting firm in Miami is looking for a marketing assistant to add to their team. The Marketing Assistant will gain significant exposure to senior-level personnel and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of customer-facing projects. The deal candidate has a marketing background with strong creative/content development skills in both web based and traditional media.

Core responsibilities will include:

-Working with Marketing Director to generate and publish content, both written and video, for internet sites including company website and all social media outlets (Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, etc.).

-Develop print marketing materials including ads, flyers, spec sheets, direct mail, presentations and other resources in support of sales objectives.

-Communicate with customers.

-Interact with customers/fans via social media.

-Plan and coordinate trade shows and events.

-Perform administrative duties for department.

Qualifications/Experience

-Applicants must possess a Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Communications.

-Candidate must have excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience in content creation.

-Be a team player with excellent time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities

-Knowledge of graphic design practices and print/web production software, specifically in the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, Flash, and HTML.

-Experience using Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Website CMS Systems, LinkedIn and other social media.

-Video editing experience not necessary, but preferred.

-Experience with Search Engine Optimization and web analytics a plus.

-Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the marketing area.
