Location: Boca Raton, FL (On-site) Type: Full-time Role Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees fulfillment operations,
inventory accuracy, purchasing/forecasting, receiving, and team
accountability. You’ll manage a fast-paced warehouse environment,
coordinate with shipping carriers and suppliers, and help
implement/manage systems for barcoding, GS1 compliance, and Rx
product handling. This is a hands-on leadership role —you’ll be on
the floor driving accuracy and speed, while also building
processes, reporting, and cross-functional communication to support
rapid growth. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Accuracy
? Conduct routine product record verification (titles, sizes,
barcodes, SKU details) ? Organize products within the warehouse and
ensure locations/SKUs/barcodes are accurate and visible ? Perform
stocktakes and inventory adjustments prior to forecasting and
purchase orders ? Ensure inventory data integrity across systems
(Cin7 Shopify) ? Receive, organize, and verify inbound inventory;
verify shipments match purchase orders Forecasting, Purchasing &
Supplier Coordination ? Run weekly supplier forecasts (organized by
best-sellers and demand trends) ? Create, edit, and manage purchase
orders (POs) and PO templates ? Maintain supplier details,
including SKUs, shipping addresses, and contact records ?
Coordinate follow-ups for missing/damaged/incorrect receipts and
escalate through the correct channels until resolved Shipping,
Carriers & Logistics ? Manage daily shipping execution across
multiple carriers; troubleshoot shipment issues and exceptions ?
Monitor carrier performance and recommend improvements to cost,
speed, and reliability Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement ?
Create systems and processes that scale with growth (GS1, SOPs,
checklists, audits, workflows) ? Organize and produce reports that
support purchasing decisions, inventory health, receiving accuracy,
and fulfillment performance ? Track product cost/price changes and
update systems accordingly Warehouse Team Management ? Monitor team
performance to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time ?
Assign and prioritize fulfillment/warehouse work to prevent order
backlogs ? Maintain productivity and accuracy standards; identify
gaps and support retraining as needed Required Qualifications ?
Bachelor's degree ? 4 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory
management experience (e-commerce strongly preferred) ? Experience
working in a high-growth environment and adapting processes quickly
? Experience with multiple shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx/UPS/USPS)
and resolving shipping exceptions ? Strong computer skills and
comfort working across multiple tools/systems ? Shopify Plus
experience (inventory, product updates, and/or operational
workflows) ? Proven ability to create reports, SOPs, and scalable
processes ? Experience supporting multiple brands and/or channels
under one warehouse ? Physically able to lift and move packages and
be active on the warehouse floor daily Strongly Preferred ?
Experience handling or supporting prescription/Rx product
operations and compliance- minded workflows ? GS1 compliance
knowledge (GTINs, UPC standards, labeling requirements) ? Hands-on
experience implementing barcoding/scanning systems (2D barcodes,
device workflows, data accuracy) ? Forklift certification (or
willingness to obtain) ? Spanish language skills Benefits ?
