We're looking for a hands-on, energetic Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our brand-new Fort Lauderdale facility. You'll ensure our warehouse runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently - managing inventory, orders, and a small, dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing: Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, machine operations, packing, and shipping Manage inventory levels, conduct routine cycle counts, and maintain accurate records Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff Maintain compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Handle workers' compensation, insurance awareness, and administrative responsibilities Coordinate with logistics, sales, and internal teams to support business operations Prepare operational and inventory reports as required Identify and properly handle damaged, excess, or obsolete inventory per company guidelines We're It If This Is You: Strong leader with excellent team management skills Experienced in warehouse operations and inventory control Skilled in warehouse software and inventory management systems Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Thrives under pressure and meets operational deadlines Organized, communicative, and highly coordinated Comfortable with general administrative tasks, including training, payroll coordination, and compliance Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or relevant military experience preferred Experience managing small to mid-sized warehouse teams Familiarity with supply chain or warehouse management software a strong plus Why You'll Love This Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse professional who thrives on leading teams, streamlining operations, and making a tangible impact in a growing facility.
