Job Description As the Associate Medical Director (AMD)
reporting to the chief medical officer, you will be an instrumental
member of our primary care team. You will combine clinical practice
with leadership and clinical management to ensure patient care and
alignment with value-based care (VBC) principles. This
market/center-specific role requires flexibility to adapt
responsibilities and demands a unique blend of clinical management,
financial, and strategic partnership to optimize patient care and
business outcomes. This is a hybrid position of working from home,
in clinical practice, and making visits to locations within the
affiliated practices. You will need to reside in Florida in
Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach County or the Treasure Coast.
