Job Description Pediatrician Location: Boca Raton, Florida Practice: Privia Medical Group About Our Practice Our pediatric practice in Boca Raton is a well-established, patient-centered clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and young adults. Our team focuses on preventive health, developmental milestones, and comprehensive wellness to ensure our patients achieve their best health outcomes in a supportive and friendly environment. As an outpatient-only facility, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with families in the Boca Raton community. Key Responsibilities Schedule: Full-time, 4-day work week (MondayFriday). Saturdays: Participation in a rotation of 8-10 Saturdays per year. Outpatient Only: No inpatient or hospital rounding responsibilities. Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients, ranging from newborns to age 21. Follow AAP guidelines regarding vaccinations and preventive care schedules. Manage a variety of pediatric conditions; experience with Behavioral Health is a major plus, though we are happy to train providers who lack extensive exposure in this area. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR in compliance with practice and regulatory standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible (if within two years of residency) in Pediatrics. Active Florida medical license or the willingness to obtain one. Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
