Information: This is a permanent, full-time hourly benefits role
Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Biscayne Blvd., Miami,
FL 33138 This role participates in our hybrid schedule: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday,
Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working in the headquarters office.
Position Summary: The Sales & Customer Service Specialist is part
of the Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the
success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships
with sales managers, business partners, and other supporting
departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The
Specialist supports our vision by assisting with inquiries and
overseeing various administrative tasks within assigned accounts.
This Specialist role is a foundational position in which the skills
and desired characteristics for professional growth within FOH® are
developed. MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE: Demonstrates high energy and
ownership towards supporting the Field Sales Managers, Sales Reps
and their corresponding accounts Oversees the internal accounts
administration of a variety of accounts Resolves any issues in a
timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts, including
returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc. Reviews,
revises, and approves sales orders in SAP Business One once
discrepancies are resolved. Filters phone calls from the general
queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g.,
inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation
information, etc.) Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders &
special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end
Completes open order monthly reporting on SAP Business One Responds
to all communications and inquiries within 2-4 hours Works in
tandem with other team members to ensure business partner
efficiencies and results Performs other duties as assigned Promotes
our FOH® Culture in all interactions Education, Experience &
Computer Skills: EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer
service in inside sales, B2B, customer services in an office
environment, or hospitality. SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS: Follows
directions and works under pressure to meet deadlines Stress and
time management skills Analytical, creative, practical
problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills
Communicate with clarity verbally Work collaboratively and as part
of a diverse team Small project management skills and strong

Applications, Outlook, and Excel Familiar with ERP systems, SAP

The salary/hourly range for this role reflects numerous factors
considered in hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work
experience, territory, and geographical location. As such, starting
pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the
